If I take my rental house management company to court for their mismanagment and I win, will they have to pay my attorney fees?

Although the management company was paid 10%/month to “manage” the rental (collect rents, pay taxes, take care of repairs, find a tenant, etc.), when a tenant just left and allowed a roof leak to cause extensive damage to the house (we had no insurance, the tenant has no money). I had to pay out of pocket and also lost 5 months of rentals while repairs were ongoing. The management company only finally decided to physically visit the house after the missing tenant didn’t pay several months of rent and they couldn’t contact him. Thus the extensive damage was discovered. I want to sue for repairs

Not unless your agreement with the Mgmt company provides for an award of attorney fees if a lawsuit between you is required to resolve an issue.
