Isn't it great that the law now allows you to be able to carry your children on your health insurance until they are 26 years old?  It is so wonderful for kids that are pursuing higher education.  Now they and their parents do not have to worry about coverage.  If this is not your plan, then I would consult with your divorce agreement to see what it says on the matter.  It should address the issue. Check in the section that deals with support.  If it does not then double check with your attorney on the matter.  It probably coincides with your obligation to pay child support in your state. But again, double check.
