If I left my husband and ur house is in both our names, do I have right to access until he refinances it into his name alone?

It is unclear here what stage the divorce is in and what you can and can not do.  If he has been given exclusive use and occupancy of the home by a Judge or as per your agreement then no, you can not re-enter the home.  If he was awarded the home in the divorce then no, you can not re enter the home.  It is legally his.
