If I know my father has a trust in my name, how toI find who holds the trust and the terms of the trust?
I’m 29 and my father took out a trust when I was a child for me. We’ve since broken contact, though the trust still exists. I do no know who to contact to find the details of the trust and what access I have to it, or even what is in it. How do I go about finding the trust?

You must find the trust document. The only way is to talk to your father to find out.
