Just because your signature was not on the ticket does not in an of itself assist you in contesting the DUI charge. However, the absence of any blood alcohol level is helpful because now the district attorney's office will have to go on the subjective observations of the citing officer to convict you. This is helpful to you.
I suggest that you consult with a criminal defense attorney to assist you in the defense and review the police report against you to strategize as to your defense.
