Most likely with the charge of your third DUI, you will be charged with two prior convictions assuming you were convicted twice before. The result will be enhancement of penalties assuming you are convicted of the new charge.
Result most likely is loss of driving privileges, a fine of $2,000 or so, jail time and class attendance regarding the dangers of drinking and driving. If you do not have a criminal defense attorney representing you now, you should consult with one.
