What can I do if I have worked with my job for about 9 months now but have never received a pay stub?
I have no idea what my rate of pay is, how much taxes are being taken out of my paychecks, or if I am even getting paid for the time that I have worked. Is there anything I can do about this? What happens if I find out that he hasn’t paid me for all my hours.

Most states have laws and regulations requiring employers to furnish pay stubs..contact your local Labor Commissioner office...after you file a complaint keep detailed notes in the event your employer tries to retaliate against you which in many states would alsobe unlawful.
