If I have weapons in my house that are not in my name but I don’t have my rights to bear arms, can I get in trouble?
They are my friends he was living with means moved out and his name is not on the lease but he left his guns at my place.

Having weapons in your home when you are legally ineligible to possess a firearm, especially if you are a convicted felon, can be dangerous if the police were to ever raid your home and find these weapons. They will assert that you are in possession of these weapons regardless of who they actually belong to. With that said, barring a police search or raid of your home, I see no reason why you would ever face criminal charges for having these weapons in the house, but if you are a convicted felon or legally not allowed to possess firearms, then you a taking a risk of keeping these weapons in your home.
