What is my potential liability if I have resently learned that someone I allowed to rent on my property is facing criminal felony theft and home invasion charges?

As owner of propert where he lives, what can I expect as far as searchesliabilities, etc. Can I be charged if they find something or if there anything that could make me lose my property due to their actions?

Since he is renting the property, anything found at the property would be assumed to be his.  It is up to him to prove otherwise.  If the police have not already, they may very well search the home, looking for other stolen goods.  I do not see how this in any way opens you up to liability, however.
