If have recently gotten married and my husband is a US citizen by birth, do I need my W2 from last year to show financial support regarding an I-485?
I am from Northern Ireland. I am currently filing the I-485 form and my husband is filing the I-30. I have the evidence needed such as my birth ceritifcate, passport and passport pictures. Am I going through the right process?
