Third party executors - banks, attorneys, etc., - can charge a great deal of money to carry out your wishes in a Will but they are available. Have you spoken with an estate planning attorney? It may be possible to structure your assets in accordance with Washington Law so as to avoid having to go through the probate process (such as POD bank accounts, etc).
