If I have my dad’s name included on my house title papers, after him can anyone else make a claim on the house?
Such as my brother or mother? He does not pay mortgage or anything for the house; my wife and I pay the mortgage.

Yes, if your father's name is listed as a legal owner on the home that you are writing about, your father can sell or Will the home to any person under the laws of all states in this country. I suggest that you consult with a real estate attorney about placing title of the home in trust for your father or give him a life estate in it.
