I have liability insurance, but a drunk hit me that didn’t have any

My car was parked, i only have liability insurance, a drunk driver hit my car and totaled it. He had no insurance, will and should my insurance company cover that

If you have no collision coverage on your policy and the other driver has no insurance, you can try getting the money directly from the driver.  My guess is that if he's uninsured, he can't afford to pay you for the damages to your vehicle, but you can always try suing him in small claims court.  You might get a judgment, but I'm guessing you would have a difficult time collecting on it.
