No, unfortunately you are not emtitled to mileage reimbursement, etc. Employers aren't required to reimburse employees for the expenses that they incur in connection with perfoming their work duties (and this includes expenses for travel). The exception is if your employer promised to reimburseme you or not paying you for mileage, etc. would constitute some type of actionable discrimination/retaliation and/or reimbusing you would violate a union or employment agreement, etc.
