What to do if I have been taking my ex to court for child support payments but he still does not make regular payments?

He is very far behind and I can’t afford an attorney to take him back to court. I was wondering what forms would I need to process to the courts in order to be seen in front of a judge?

I suggest that if you cannot afford an attorney to assist you in your matter that you consult with your local legal aid clinic for help, the county bar association or the local law school to see if there is a clinic or some other program to help you.

In essence you need to file a petition to show cause for contempt against the "ex" for failing to comply with a court order for child support.
