What to do if I have been sick for 3 months and, after some of my own research, I believe that I have been unknowingly inhaling toxic dust at work?

I am still very sick and the doctors are trying to narrow down the origin of my condition. Should I contact a lawyer about this or instead attempt to file a workers comp claim? Is this the kind of case a lawyer would be interested in?

I suggest that you contact a personal injury lawyer to discuss your concerns and from there perhaps the local health department can come to your place of work and take air samples for testing. From there you will be able to verify your concerns.
