What can I do if my husband has takenmoney from my IRA byforging my signature?

I have been separated from my husband for over a year. He is a lawyer. He took money twice from my IRA. I have talked to the IRA broker so he can no longer take out funds.

You husband is treading on very thin ice here.  Any spouse that forges a name on an account to take out funds is taking a risk being caught and charged.  But an attorney takes a HUGE risk as it could effect his license.  How you want to handle this is really up to you. The legal way to proceed is to file charges against him.  I can not advise you otherwise. You should consult a divorce attorney in your area and discuss filing charges against him.  If all you want is the money returned so that it can be properly weighed in the separation of marital assets that is again, up to you.  Good luck.
