If I have been married less than a month and found out my husband us cheating on me, do I need to get a divorce or can I get an anulment?

You still need to get a divorce. Annulment only applies when there was an impediment to a marriage but the parties went through a marriage ceremony. It sounds like there was no impediment to your marriage.
