I have been married for almost 11 years and had the same job for more then 23 years is she able to get any of my retirement

I am with PERA and have been for more then 23 years,got married in 2005 but it isn’t working out can she take my retirement

Your wife would be entitled to a portion of your retirement which represents income during the years of your marriage.
She would not have any claim to your retirement which represents the years of income before your marriage.
She would not have any claim to your retirement which represents income after the marriage ends.
