What are my rights in a 14 year marriage if I’ve relocated for my wife and am a stay-at-home father?

I have been married for 14 years and it is possibly coming to an end. We have 5 children together, a house and no joint bank account. This is the second time in 2 1/2 years that I left my job to follow her. I have no income due to the fact she works all the time and I’m home with the children. During the marriage I have helped her obtain a BS, Master and Doctorate Degree and she constantly telling me that she’ll make sure I walk away with nothing, even though I’ve been there during this period. I need to know my rights and options. Can you help?

Given what you have written about you may be a candidate for spousal support while you get back on your feet for work. You would be entitled to one half of the marital assets and a percentage of custody of your children. I suggest that you consult with a family law attorney for further assistance.
