Do I need an attorney to request that my LTD be reviewed again and what type of attorney would take this legal topic?
I have been injured at home and now under doctors care for a closed head injury. My work place has placed a claim for disability benefits. My claim for LTD has been denied. I have since found that they have not received all paper work from my doctors.
