If I’ve been charged with one count of petty theft, what is most likely going to be the outcome of my trial?
This is my second offense, although I completed the state’s civil citation program for the first offense since I was a minor.

It appears that participating in the Civil Citation program helped you avoid having a record of arrest and possible conviction. Having been a minor if you had been arrested the arrest would have been expunged and sealed. I only say that because as a second offense a conviction under Petit Theft in Florida could carry a heavy penalty. No one can determine the outcome of your trial with out knowing more and especially in this forum. I would STRONGLY suggest that you seek help from an attorney asap.
