If I have an eviction from my landlord but if I come up with late fees and past due rent, does the landlord have to accept it and stop the eviction?

No, the landlord does not have to accept it to stop the eviction. The landlord can choose to continue with the eviction. In fact, if the landlord did accept the money it would render the eviction null and void as the basis for same would no longer exist. I would still go to court and make sure it was withdrawn or discontinued with prejudice. Many times a judge would give you the option to pay but still you need to go to court and answer the complaint. Good luck.
