I have a will, power of attorney for health care and POA for property prepared in Illinois. I now live in Montana as does my beneficiary. Do I need to do anything to update either? Nothing is different other than address.

I will not be making any changes to the substance of any document.

No, every state will honor every other state's wills, so as long as your will was (we assume) properly signed and witnessed and therefore valid in IL, it will be valid in MT. You do not need to do anything.
