It is certainly strong evidence, assuming it is credible recording. No one piece of evidence can be said to definitely "prove" anything--that depends on how the court views it, whether there is any plausible other explanation for it or weakness to it, etc. (For example: say that no names are used and the sound quality is bad; your wife may be able to successfully claim that the recording is not of her.) This will help you prove adultry, but never assume proving anything in court is 100% guaranteed.
