If I have a niece who will be turning 21 and dependent on me for all her needs, is it possible for me to put her on my company’s insurance as a dependent?

How wonderful for your niece to have you in her life.  You would need to have a legal obligation to support her in order to be able to place her on your insurance.  And at this stage of her life - being 21 - that could be difficult unless she were under some form of disability. The guardianship or even custody could create the necessary nexus you need.  Good luck.
