Oklahoma has two different categories that could help: motion to seal and a motion to expunge. The fact that it is an assault charge is somewhat problematic, but if you were only charged---and a case was never formally brought against you, then you could potentially have it removed from your record on the basis that no charges were pursued within one year of your arrest.
