If I have a friend who’s soon to be ex husband may be abusing prescription drugs and she has concerns leaving their children with him, what should she do?

Your friend needs to get some proof that this is happening and then she needs to go to court to ask for help.  She needs to modify the visitation order and ask for supervised visitaiton and no overnight visitation.  Court decide these issues "in the best interests of the child."  She should get help.  Good luck.
