Warrants do not expire, so you need to atend to this and the sooner the better. You will need to go back to the jurisdiction that issued the warrant in order to clear this all up. This means a personal appearance before a judge. Frankly, you should not do so without first consulting with an attorney who practices in the locality in question. They can use their court contacts to your best advantage.
