If I have a court hearing next month regarding a license suspension due to multiple no Insurance charges, can I go into court alone or do I nee a lawyer?

I have at no point in my driving career been without insurance. I was issued these citations for failing to provide proof of insurance at the time, even though I was covered. This includes 1 accident, with damages exceeding $1,000. What are my chances of not having my license suspended?

If you have multipe charges, the possibility of a jail time  increases.  You would be wose to retain counsel to handle this matter.  A failure to do so could resultin actions related to your driver's license, jail time and fines.
