If I have a clean driving record but inadvertently ran a red light and caused an accident, what can I expect in fines/fees and points on my license when I go to court next month?

No one was injured. I am 64 years old.

Your points won't be bad and you may qualify to take an online or onsite class (traffic school) to ensure the points don't appear on your record or raise your insurance too much. From what I can see, the points can range from 3 to 4 per violation but keep in mind that it all depends on how the ticket the looks (which violations are noted). You should have already received a ticket by the officer if the accident occurred and the officer was on the scene.
