If paternity has yet to be established the court will most likely order that the suspected father and the child submit to a DNA test before an approved laboratory where such will be conducted by a certain date, the results written up in a report and submitted to your attorney and the court and the court will have a resumed hearing date on the matter 60 days or so down the road.
