If I have 2 FTA’s from a year ago regarding a speeding ticket and expired tags., will this appear on a background check?

The failure to appear was because of my own carelessness; I am currently in the works of getting this fixed. I was stopped a couple of months ago, and was not arrested. The officer told me a warrant for my arrest was not issued but added that I should resolve this as soon as possible. Is this considered a misdemeanor? Also, for the expired tags, can I still show proof that I fixed this and have it dropped?

The matters that you have written about are infractions and as such your failure to appear as to them will not appear in a background check if one is done as to you. However, I suggest that you endeavor to get the matters resolved sooner rather than later.
