1) If you filmed her naked, undressed, or doing intimate things, that is illegal: you are not allowed to film anyone, even a spouse, in such circumstances.
2) It is also illegal if you recorded any sound: recording any person without the consent of all people speaking (in your state, CA; some states only require the consent of one of the speakers) is illegal.
