What to do if I had reconstructive surgery on both of my hips only to find out that the bones never healed together?
I had bi-lateral hip replacement done 4 years ago and found out that because the bones never fused back together. I might very well have a problem having them replaced again when they wear out. And I am still in a lot of pain as I cannot sit, stand or walk without moving them. I have spoke to 2 orthopedic surgeons who have stated that they could not fix them and I would be hard pressed to find a surgeon that would. Is there any chance that I could have a malpractice case? Or any legal actions I could take?
