The area measures 1cm in length. The oral surgeon didn’t want to remove it last week. However, it caused me so much pain that I had to have another dentist remove it today. The oral surgeon knows I only had a certain amount of Medicaid avalible and used every penny.

If the oral surgeon's treatment of you was either negligent, or unreasonably careless, or else was intentionally wrongful (e.g. deliberately providing the wrong or unnecessary treatment, simply so as to be able to bill more), the oral surgeon may have committed malpractice. If so, you could sue for your additional medical costs (such as to correct the situation); pain and suffering; and lost wages. If you want to explore this option, consult with a medical malpractice attorney.
