If I had my record vacated but nothing shows up on the state website, do I still have a record?

You had the conviction vacated or sealed under Washington law?  To know if it was properly done the best thing to do is to run a background check on yourself. This way you can see what an employer or general public can see.  Remember that law enforcement and government have special privileges to view records that others do not.
