Is it legal if I had a fender bender while driving a company truck during work and the company wants to take money out of my paycheck every week to pay for the damages and insurance deductible?

They can't take money out unless you agree to let them do it. What they can do is
1 If you were at fault e.g. driving negligently or carelessly in causing the accident, you would be liable responsible for the costs and damage you caused, and they could sue you for the money.
2 If you don't have a written employment contract guarantying or protecting your employment, you are an employee at will and your employer may choose to fire you if they feel you cost them money and will not repay them.
So you could lose your job, but you don't have to pay anything unless you either agree to pay or unless they sue you and win in court.
