I HAD A CHAPTER 7 BANKRUPTCY DISCHARGED ON 11/26/02.  WHEN CAN I FILE CHAPTER 7 BANKRUPTCY AGAIN?

You may try to file again but bankruptcy is not a haven (especially now) for you to get out of debt.  Understand, with one bankruptcy under your belt, it will be that much more difficult to get the second one.
