If I got pulled over for driving under suspension but got my license back before the court date, is their anyway that I can prevent points being added so as to avoid another suspension?

I got my licence back before the courtdate. Is their anyway I can not get points added so I dont have a suspension again

The subsequent reinstatement of your license may have no bearing what so ever on the fact that you were driving while your license was suspended and the court will have every right to impose sentence that is appropriate for the offense on the date it was committed.  I would speak with an attorney about trying to negotiate the matter for you.
