I think that you are in a bit of a bind here.  You need to obtain a marriage license in the State and County in which you intend to be married.  If you intended to get married out of state you should have applied for a marriage license in the county of the State you were married in.  I would take the necessary steps to rectify the matter as soon as you can.  Good luck.
