I gave my father temporary custody of my daughter and would like to know how canI can get her back?

I had some personal issues that forced me to grant my father temporary guardianship of my daughter, 7 years have passed by and she would like to come back and live with me. How do i go about getting her back in my custody?

I am happy to hear that the issues that were present before are now gone.  But I do have to say that is commendable that you had the forethought and caring for your daughter to recognize that at the time it would be best for her for you to give p custody to some one that could care for her better than you at the moment.  That takes a lot to do.  Now, you did not state how you gave custody to your Father.  In other words, in what legal manner.  Did you enter in to an agreement?  Was there e a proceeding in court?  You are going to need help to institute a proceeding to set aside the agreement or to request that the court set aside the order and grant you custody again.  For all I knowq the agreement allow you to take her back at any time.  I do not know and yo need some one to read the documents involved.  But good luck to you.
