I fell bullied by a vice principal at work

This person makes rude comments she will literally not speak if you somehow make
her mad. One never knows the trigger with her. I have FMLA and had to see my
doctor yesterday leaving early I gave her a weeks written notice she did not
respond and now is not speaking. She has put me in a position with her staff to
give them directives and when they won’t comply she takes it out on me. This has
become a unbearable situation. I work for IPS and do not feel I would have any
back up.

Unfortunately, you probably don't have claim here. While there is a cause of action for a hostile work enviornment, this has to do with receiving lesser treatment due to come form of legally actionable discrimination. In other words, because of your race, religion, disability, gender, age (over 40) or nationality you are treated in a less favorable manner than your co-workers. However, you did not indicate this to be the case. Accordingly, a co-worker may treat you in a rude and unprofessional manner. The fact is that absent a union agreement or employment contract to the contrary, a company can set the conditions of the workplace much as it sees fit.
