"Disposition hearing schedule" for all intents and purposes means your sentencing. I suggest that you consult with the court clerk and a criminal defense attorney about your matter and try and get a new date for the hearing. There could be a bench warrant issued for your arrest due to your failure to attend the hearing that you have written about.
