I was upfront with him still he gave me the job. I cant go
back to old job or get unemployment because I quit, what
are my options?

Unfortunately, unless you had a written employment contract for a defined or set term (like a one-year contract) which was violated like this, you have no rights in this situation. Without a written employment contract, you were an employee at will; an employee at will may be terminated at any time, for any reason whatsoever--even things the employer was previously aware of. Employees at will have essentially no rights in or to their jobs.
