Yes, I guess that can happen.  You might try and send them a certified letter indicating that you mistakenly delivered the oil and that you wish to drain the tank of the same amount at their convenience or you would gladly allow them to pay for the oil at the price for "regular" customers and without the need for a contract.  If they decline either suggestion then I would say you would have to take them to small claims court.  Claim that they have been "unduly enriched" by your mistake and that they refuse to work with you in rectifying the matter.  I am sure that the Judge will be able to come to some sort of decision that works for both of you.  Good luck.
