I don't understand your question.  The police had a warrant to arrest or search or both for you and your friends.  The police looked for drugs but did not find any. The police said they had a CI? buy drugs.  Do you mean an undercover policeman? Can you be charged? Is that what you are asking?

You may be charged if the police found other criminal activity you were conducting or arrested you for other matters.  Have you been charged yet? Were you arrested then or did the police leave?
