I cant get the at fault insurance company to contact me

My truck was struck from behind by a person insured by the General. There were no
injuries involved however im trying to handle it on my own by contacting them
directly and im getting no response. Is there a lawyer out there that would take
this case. my truck has been laid up for two weeks now and cant be driven. can i
sue them?

Your only recourse is to sue the at-fault party for negligence.  Your damages (monetary compensation you are seeking in your lawsuit) would be the cost of repairs (property damage) to your truck.
Since there weren't any injuries, it is unlikely that you will find an attorney to take the case.
Depending on the amount of your damages, you may be able to file your lawsuit in small claims court.  Upon prevailing in the case, you can also recover court costs such as the court filing fee and process server fee.  You can enforce a court judgment against the at-fault party with a wage garnishment.
