If I bought windows from a company that went out of buisness, who is responsible for my 50 year waranty?

If the company was NOT a corporation or limited liability company (LLC), you may be able to hold the owner(s) personally responsible. (You'd have to sue if they don't voluntarily honor their obligations.) However, if it was a corporation or LLC, it was a separate legal entity from the owner(s) and the owner(s) would not be liable for the company's obligations--only the company itself would be resonsible. And if the company no longer exists, then, unfortunately, there would be no one who is responsible for the warranty; the warranty would be effectively valueless.
