Whatt o do if I bought a car a week ago but the dealship is asking for it back because the paperwork of the previous owner got denied by the DMV?
What does this mean? I have already been fianced and the sale has been done. I ask because we love the car and if this means we lose the car because they messed up I feel is unfair.

From what you have written it appears that the dealerhsip could not give you good registered title to the vehicle that you purchased from it. As such, you do not want the car because you cannot sell it later on because you will not get good registered title in your name.
I suggest that you call the manager of the car dealership first to discuss the situation and then consult with a consumer law attorney to see what your legal recourse is before signing any new documentation with the dealership.
